Active Soles in Palmer’s Koslosky Building November 13th, 2012
In the Koslosky Building in downtown Palmer is one of the most unique shoe stores in Alaska. Owned by a team of Physical Therapists and personal trainers it specializes in great shoes and exceptional customer service.
It’s called Active Soles for a reason, the owners specialize in gait analysis, computerized foot function analysis, and foot orthotics. Don’t know what that is? Neither do I…all I know is that they have fantastic customer service.
I don’t know any other shoe store that allows you to try a shoe out for 30 days to see if it will work for you with a guaranteed return policy if it doesn’t fit right.
I’m not much of a shoe person, but I found some great Keen shoes that fit my feet well and are comfortable. So I just keep going back for more of the same shoe… As I said, I’m no Imelda Marcos with a closet full of shoes. But I am a fan of this store.
I’m starting to get a good collection of different colors of the same shoe.
Check it out…here is their website. Active Soles
