		<description>Thanks for the great comment about the Palmer Arts Council Youth Band. Our summer programs in theater, band, fine arts, and percussion are growing larger and better every summer. The band will be playing at the next several Friday Flings, at the Palmer Garden and Art Faire, Palmer Pride event, and one or two other things around town.
